As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new customers, ensuring they understand and effectively use our application security products.
  • Provide training and resources to help customers integrate our solutions into their existing workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction and work closely with the sales team to ensure high retention and upsell rate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related role in a SAAS company in the application security or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically.
