Responsibilities

As the VP of Marketing, you will have ownership over the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that will elevate OX’s brand, drive pipeline growth, and enhance our presence in the industry. Your focus will be on blending creative ingenuity with a strong foundation in product marketing to accelerate our growth. You will lead the charge in enhancing brand identity and increasing awareness across digital channels, events, and media, while also overseeing performance marketing to ensure measurable and scalable growth in pipeline and revenue.

You will partner closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and compelling customer journey. Additionally, you'll manage external relationships with vendors, agencies, and influencers to extend our reach and impact. Throughout, you’ll utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, track marketing performance, and ensure ROI for all initiatives.

You will also lead a team of five marketing professionals, with the goal of doubling the team as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic leadership for all marketing functions.

- Be a key member of the company’s management team, contributing to overall company strategy and direction.

- Lead the development and execution of the company’s creative marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Oversee all product marketing efforts, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategies and product launches.

- Own the performance marketing funnel, ensuring measurable and scalable growth in pipeline and revenue.

- Lead the charge in enhancing OX’s brand identity and increasing awareness across digital channels, events, and media.

- Partner with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and compelling customer journey.

- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and track marketing performance, ensuring ROI for all initiatives.

- Drive partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to extend our reach and impact.

- Lead and scale a team of five marketing professionals, with the goal of doubling the team as the company grows.

Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B technology or SaaS.

- **Mandatory experience in cybersecurity marketing**, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape and trends.

- Strong background in creative marketing, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.

- Deep expertise in product marketing, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

- Proven success in performance marketing, with experience in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.

- **Bonus: Experience in the application security (AppSec) domain**.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Experience managing large budgets and tracking the ROI of marketing initiatives.

- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
